What does an independent digital consultant do?
An independent digital consultant gives you senior, hands-on help with your website and digital work, and works for you rather than for a vendor. I'm based in Melbourne and work with businesses and not for profits across Australia and New Zealand: website audits, project rescue, part-time digital leadership, ClickUp setup, and building and looking after websites.
What does a fractional head of digital do?
I run your digital function part time, 4 to 8 days a month, covering strategy, vendors, budgets and results. You get a senior lead without a full-time hire.
How long does a Website Health Check take?
7 to 10 business days. You get a written report with the fixes ranked by impact, and a call to walk you through it.
Do you build websites?
Yes. I design and build on most platforms, such as WordPress, Craft CMS and Shopify (I'm a Shopify Partner). On the biggest jobs I bring in Keal Collective, vetted people I work with, and stay your lead.
Can you host and look after my website?
Yes. Managed hosting covers updates, backups, SSL and monitoring, and changes and fixes come out of prepaid hours. Unused hours roll over for 12 months.
