You don't commit to a retainer on a first call. An audit or paid scoping gives you something useful in a week or two, whether or not you keep working with me.
If you do, the person who found the problem is the person who fixes it.

Is the first call free?
Yes. The 20-minute call is free. Audits, scoping and retainers are paid. For most jobs I can send a ballpark by email after the call, and nothing starts until you've agreed the price.
Can I start small?
Yes. Most clients start with a Website Health Check or website redesign scoping (credited against the build), then decide what to do next.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
Yes. I work with businesses across Australia and New Zealand, mostly remotely.
Do you build websites?
Yes. I design and build on most platforms, such as WordPress, Craft CMS and Shopify (I'm a Shopify Partner). On the biggest jobs I bring in Keal Collective, vetted people I work with, and stay your lead.
