Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless the page says otherwise. They can change. The price that applies to your work is the one in the proposal you accept.

Any paid work is covered by the proposal or engagement terms we agree for that project, not by this page. If anything on the site differs from your proposal, the proposal wins.

The writing, illustrations and design on this site belong to Keal Collective Pty Ltd unless they're credited to someone else. You're welcome to share a link or quote a short passage with credit. Please don't copy whole articles or reuse the illustrations without asking.

Client names, logos and quotes appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.

Some pages link to other websites, such as tools I recommend or sources for facts. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

I work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, Keal Collective Pty Ltd isn't liable for loss that comes from using the site or relying on its general information.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
