What does a ClickUp consultant do?

A ClickUp consultant designs your workspace around how your team works: structure, statuses, templates, automations and dashboards. I also set up limited client views, so clients can follow their project without seeing your internal conversations. I rebuilt the ClickUp workspace an agency's production team ran on, with every project's budget tracked inside it and a live view for each client of their hours drawing down as the team tracked time. The team ran on it while it grew from 3 to 9 people, with 20+ client projects at once.

Is it the right tool for your team?

ClickUp fits when:

  • You're scaling past tribal knowledge. More people and more projects than anyone can hold in their head.
  • You run lots of similar projects. Agencies and service teams pushing many jobs through the same workflow.
  • You need one view across projects. Who's over capacity, what's waiting on a client, what's running late.
  • You want one system, not five tools. Briefs, tasks, approvals and reporting in one place.

It's the wrong tool when:

  • You're a team of three or four. A simpler tool will get out of your way faster.
  • You want the tool to decide for you. Asana or Monday will feel easier and cost less to run.
  • Nobody will own it. Without someone accountable for the system, even a good setup drifts back into chaos.

How much does a ClickUp consultant cost?

It depends on the size of your team and what's already set up. After a 20-minute call I'll give you a fixed quote in writing, before any work starts.

How long does a ClickUp setup take?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size of the team and what's already in ClickUp. That includes training and documentation, so the system keeps working after I leave.

Are you a certified ClickUp expert?

Yes. I hold ClickUp's Expert and Admin certificates, and I'm a ClickUp Verified Power User.

Can clients see their project without seeing everything?

Yes. I set up limited, read-only views of each client's own work: progress, timeline and approvals, without your internal comments.

Do you set up ClickUp for agencies?

Yes. Yes. Untangling an existing workspace is often faster than starting again, and I'll tell you which yours needs.

ClickUp, Asana or Monday?

All three can work. ClickUp is the most flexible for client work across many projects; Asana and Monday are simpler and make more decisions for you. If a simpler tool suits your team better, I'll say so.

Do you work with teams across Australia?

Yes. ClickUp work runs well remotely, so I work with agencies and service teams anywhere in Australia, and in New Zealand.
