Privacy policy
What I collect, why, and what I do with it.
This policy covers anthonykeal.com.au, run by Keal Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 71 696 623 677), trading as Anthony Keal. It was last updated on 6 October 2026.
What I collect
When you send me a message. Your name, email address, organisation if you give it, the kind of help you're after and what you write. The form only asks for what I need to reply.
When you book a call. Bookings run through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address and the time you choose, under its own privacy policy.
When you browse the site. Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, roughly where visitors are, the device and browser, and how they arrived. It uses cookies to do this. I don't use it to identify you.
When you call me. Your phone number shows on my phone, as it would for any call.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work and invoice for it.
- To keep the contact form free of spam. Google reCAPTCHA checks each submission for signs of automated abuse.
- To understand which pages are useful, so I can improve the site.
I don't sell your information, I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask, and I don't use it for anything you wouldn't expect.
Who else handles it
A few services handle information on my behalf, each under its own privacy terms:
- Google: Google Workspace, where enquiry emails arrive, plus Analytics, Tag Manager and reCAPTCHA. Google may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site for speed and security and sees each visit's IP address.
- Cal.com, for bookings, which stores data outside Australia.
- My hosting provider, an Australian company with servers in Melbourne, where the site and contact form submissions are stored.
Otherwise, I only share your information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The site sets a small number of cookies. Craft CMS uses a session cookie and a security token so the contact form works. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and the site still works without the analytics ones.
How long I keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are deleted from the website after 12 months. A copy of each message is emailed to me when you send it, and I keep that email as the record of our correspondence.
If we work together, I keep project records and invoices for at least 5 years, as Australian tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me using the details below and I'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, tell me first and I'll try to put it right. If that doesn't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
